ZX-Spectrum
The newest history...
From the author:

This work is devoted to people,
who worked on Spectrum in the period from 1993 to 1996 years.
To people, which did everything then for that this computer prematurely would not die,
as many had foretold.

                                                                       Stever
Stever            I greet all users of Speccy!!! Those, who remained properly loyal to this computer, albeit a little primitive and become obsolete, but in something a very dear and a good one. Very long ago I (Stever) did not talk to you just so, directly. And it's because I left the beneficial field of hacker's labor on Spectrum even in 96th year. It was spent five years of my life for this computer (and three of them I dedicated to active operation for the good of users). And there can be someone of you - remained even from that old good time - who will recall me nevertheless.
Even then I was proposed, before my final withdrawal, to write at least briefly the recollections about my work on Speccy, and also about the work of the rest of hackers whom I was in collaboration or just associated with. And it is necessary to say that they are very and very numerous. But at that moment I was entirely out of this because I was joining institute. My connection with the world of Spectrum was completely broken after that. And just only recently, because of the absolutely random confluence of circumstances, nevertheless I decided to sit down for the recollections after all. Thus I would like to return the tribute to Speccy and to the entire layer of my life, which was connected with it. Unfortunately, the memory of man is very selective and I am in this sense not an exception of the rule. Something is recollected better, something worse. Moreover it was not preserved the ZX-SPECTRUM itself, which I worked on. But my IBM emulator of Speccy does not make it possible to read the disks, formatted on this computer. Therefore there is no possibility to refresh my recollections. Although in principle, this is not important of course. Not everything is so terrible, as it seems at first and, I hope, that I will recall the necessary things.
Concept and construction of my work is not very complex: it is divided into several major semantic portions (or chapters, if you prefer). Each of these parts, in its turn, has two subsections:
1. Common survey of the year;
2. Story about the work of Moscow hackers in the given year (moreover, I will focus on the work of those people, whom I associated or collaborated with).
Generally, everything will be stated as schematically, as I will able to complete. If I will know that you, dear readers, understood and accepted my work, then, it is completely possible,
I will sit down for writing of the very detailed recollections in the fiction spirit. And then, perhaps, I will return on SPECTRUM as a computer journalist. But the last is hardly to occur, since it is very bad with a free time for me. Furthermore, I catastrophically remained the contemporary of Spectrum life. And I know about it only by hearsay. Well it's ok… Better let start to reading the basic material. In my opinion it is more useful and more interesting.

1993 year.

1993 actually has become, in a certain sense, the beginning of the authentic bloom of Spectrum in our country. There are two reasons for that, according to my opinion: the first, the sales volume of this type of computer increased very sharply (and, therefore, it increased a number of users) and the second, a new wave of Russian (especially Moscow's) hackers involved into active work. Moscow solidly occupied the leading position in comparison with other Russian cities. It became a uniting center, which distributed practically all new programs for Speccy throughout the entire territory of the former Soviet Union. But Peter [Saint-Petersburg - N.G.] had passed to the secondary position, although the role of the first violin belonged precisely to it before. Such St. Petersburg monsters of the beginning of the 90's as Vasil'yev Anton and the similar had left Spectrum. While in Moscow, together with the withdrawal, for example, of Laptev and Andy Chernikov, such people appeared as Pavel Nikitin, SOFTSTAR, Kulikov Dmitriy, and a bit later some others.
Frankly speaking, it is some complicated for me to give you an absolutely precise information exactly about the beginning of 1993, as at that time I just barely acquired 128 kilobyte Spectrum with the musical processor and just barely began to be interested in the activity of hackers, and almost entire year remained prior to the beginning of my serious work on the hackers field. Therefore I have nothing to add to the matter stated above. I've only tried to describe that situation approximately, which was about Speccy, when those people had come to it, with which ones the discussion will deal below…
It all had started more than prosaically…
Me and my classmate Kuzin Stanislaw had decided, that finally it is time to finish to exploit Spectrum as the only purpose to play games as long and as interesting as possible. As indeed, there were many remarkable people around, who made so many useful things for the usual users. Moreover Stas (in future - KSA SOFTWARE) had enough skills to write not much complicated programs. Although on BASIC exclusively. Thus we made an attempt to set a connection with then distributors of software for Speccy. First of all, with SHISOFT. He seemed us by the most accessible and simple person, who did not consider himself as a star of the local scale (as "considering thyself as a star", it became a characteristic of hackers some later). Actually - SHISOFT proved to be very glad to a new acquaintance. And it had run… KSA Software (Stas officially began to name himself precisely with that way already) and Stever GFX (your obedient servant), after a number of not the most successful attempts, released into the light their first work - Russian versions of the games "LEMMINGS" and "SIM CITY" in one pack (i.e. everything was recorded to one disk, which KSA had protected from the hacking). In my opinion INTRODUCTION to this work was made on LASER BASIC. I do not remember well, since I more greatly helped Stas with games as themselves. Of course, it all was a bit primitive, but with unexplained way the first pancake did not appear as a heap [Russian proverb - N.G.] and soon Russian translated "LEMMINGS" & "SIM CITY" began to be sold at the whole Moscow's radio market (the main place, where almost everything was available for Speccy). And we were proud to hear approximately such words to our address from the distributors: "Good work, guys". Unfortunately, it happened that it was nothing more with KSA specifically for me to make. He became famous a bit earlier than me, and much earlier he learned how to program in the Assembler professionally. We both soon got different connections and acquaintances in the hackers' world of Spectrum. Stas had organized a new project with very talented, but not very well-known then, Moscow programmer of ANDY 2 and soon their first team-work had appeared - "HOSTAGES 128K" (it was dated by the very end of December 1993). During this time I tried to work at anything absolutely independently. This "anything" became game with the name of "TRACER" - pretty cool shooter. It seems to me, a Spanish one. I had not entirely brought to the mind 128-kilobyte version of this game at the cassette. So I improved it. It was released almost simultaneously with "HOSTAGES". Meanwhile the 1993 had ended and it began the following year of 1994. For the new wave of Moscow hackers it became one of the most saturated.

1994 year.

At the year 1994 a new wave of hackers had finally was designed and began sufficiently actively to function. What do I imply by the concept of the "new wave"? I mean all new workers of hackers' art, who arrived to Spectrum at the middle or at the end of 1993, but approached to the normal operation only at 1994 year. Just those, who had replaced the departed masters, whom Spectrum was held on at the beginning of the 90th. This is, first of all, KSA SOFTWARE, Andrey Isaev (very picturesque and very important figure, which substantially had an effect on the subsequent development of Speccy - we'll talk about him later), L.P.V., Eldar Agaev (not the most noticeable worker, but he worked for long and did it persistently), ÀÀÀ Soft and many, many others.
It is just senseless to mention everybody. At the same time Magic Soft (these guys were the first who began to write normal musical demonstrations, and their very first work "NONAMED MUSIC DEMO" made a very much of boom), SOFTSTAR, Kulikov Dmitriy (who was already, frankly, been going to depart) remained on Spectrum. All these people worked hard and they constantly supplemented Spectrum programs' market by results of their labor. Perhaps, this is all what it is possible to say apropos to basic tendency, which was outlined in Moscow.
Other cities also did not lag. GOLDEN DISK CORPORATION from Voronezh, DREAM TEAM from Chelyabinsk, DREAM MAKERS SOFTWARE from Gomel (Belarus), CODEBUSTERS GROUP from Kharkov (Ukraine) and some other significant hackers groups from the different regions of Russia and countries of the former USSR, in a considerable degree determined the development of Speccy. For example, CODEBUSTERS, since September even 1993 year, had released the whole series of new games from abroad, and in April 94 - the first mega-demonstration ("SATISFACTION" MEGADEMO - read below about it in a greater detail). DREAM MAKERS, without lagging behind their associates from Kharkov, acted in the same way. And so on and so forth… I.e. there were many talents then, they all worked intensely.
KSA SOFTWARE & ANDY 2 just from the beginning of the year successfully continued the cooperative activity and spun up the mechanism of restoration of various wonderful games (such like "LIVE&LET DIE"). There was a specific moment, when they had almost monopolized the entire work in Moscow in this field. In essence, because they made this work better, than anybody else. In their project had united the two faces of the hackers art: the incredible ability of ANDY 2 to examine the structure of any game and to restore the lost (most frequently, as a result of activity of Polish hackers, from which almost all programs were coming to us) 128-kilobyte module after all, which offered the additional possibilities of a game and not less incredible ability of KSA of writing of completely likable and original INTRO (I hope that it is not necessary to open the sense of this concept for you). Generally, the popularity of KSA and ANDY 2 sharply ran up. This fact determined the entrance of their project into the enormous corporation of Moscow hackers with a name of "MEGASYSTEM", which was slow, but correctly began to be created then. Before passing to the detailed account of all fact that was connected with the history of this corporation, I should describe my work at the beginning of 94th year and the work of some people who surrounded me then…
It happened so that to approach to writing of anything new I was able only in February 94, as it was necessary to repair my computer after serious breakdown for a pretty long time. During my forced inaction two men came to the Spectrum arena, whom I was organizing the joint projects repeatedly further with (most successful of which, of course, was (CENTRONICS HACKERS GROUP). They were FANTOMASSOFT and NOMY GRAPHICS LTD. What about FANTOMAS, so I was introduced with him in one of the best shops for Speccy in our country, which was called "SKIT" (now it is already closed for almost three and one-half of a year). The fact is that this shop was situated frankly not far from my house, and I often visited it, and FANTOMASSOFT was almost its non-permanent staff worker. And NOMY, the same way as KSA, was my classmate. While FANTOMAS and NOMY were working under their first serious things (separately of course - they were not introduced with each other and there was no talking about their common work), I, with a support of KSA SOFTWARE, released to the light 128 kilobytes version of the game "OLLI&LISSA". It was liked by people and it became for me as the first signs of the success which came to me later. Moreover, exactly on the field of this my work I introduced with Victor Moskalev from MAGIC SOFT, and after that with Andrey Isaev. The story about "MEGASYSTEM" GROUP starts from this moment…
In 1994 the group of SOFTSTAR had broken. Before that it had two members: Denis Gubin and Alexander Trishin. So, Denis had remained in the nonexistent already group and one began to be called SOFTSTAR, and Sasha had cooperated with Victor Moskalev from MAGIC SOFT and he began to be occupied by the business of Spectrum programs distribution separately from Denis, by means of the trading on the radio-market. Hackers, which were grouped around him as a result of all this, were united by him into a very powerful and a very large in a quantity of participants corporation of "MEGASYSTEM". In the period from March to July 94 it was the most basic uniting of hackers in Moscow. The rest appeared in comparison with it as simply negligibly. With a second man in "MEGASYSTEM" management - MV SOFT (Vitya Moskalev) - we were introduced simultaneously with KSA and, therefore, simultaneously had learned, that this completely powerful command was organizing in Moscow. Victor was, naturally, already familiar with our works for that period and proposed to us, without long thoughts, to join the friendly ranks of corporation. Exactly what we had made in the end of February 94th (if I do not make mistakes with so precise dating of events). Further it happened an acquaintance with Sasha Trishin, who asked us to attract into "MEGASYSTEM" at the same time all familiar hackers. So FANTOMASSOFT and NOMY had become the full-fledged participants in the group, even didn't release to a light any serious work. Generally, it should be noted that work in "MEGASYSTEM" because of an enormous quantity of participants was always formed so, that almost all acted separately. I.e. everybody periodically released personally (sometimes, as a fact, being in collaboration with someone else), but necessarily he indicated in his product "COPYRIGHT BY MEGASYSTEM GROUP". Although the sensation of participation in something large it was present for all.
The following stage for me it became the acquaintance with Andrey Isaev. I knew that he was working in "MEGASYSTEM", saw two or three of his works, released in January-February 94th, but didn't try to get connected personally. Until it was cleared up that Andrey was awfully unsatisfied with my position related to SOFTSTAR. And I, it's necessary to mark, related to Denis Gubin not in the best way and even sent him a FUCK in "OLLI & LISSA", as considered SOFSTAR as jumped-up lack of talent person, who was considering himself as the best, though releasing at the same time things made pretty primitive way. But SOFTSTAR was already a peculiar part of Spectrum history then, in a way of the legend. And it wasn't for me, just appeared in the first rows, to criticize him. Briefly stated, I learned from KSA, that Isaev repeatedly condemned my actions and I decided to be connected with him in order to fix it all in a human manner. So we were introduced. Story with SOFTSTAR was forgotten very soon, and Andrey became one of the main people in "MEGASYSTEM", after pressing under himself Sasha Trishin. From this time Isaev took the course to the monopolization of the entire market of software for Spectrum in Moscow. Now the couple of words about the history of Andrey Isaev's activity… He was absolutely imperceptible for hackers and users in the 92nd and 93rd years, although he worked then on Speccy. His programs did not have an active distribution until 1994, when he began to trade at the radio-market himself as one of the representatives of just appeared "MEGASYSTEM GROUP".
Further in his life an event had occurred, which suddenly and with no way to return changed everything: Isaev's works were noted by MAX IWAMOTO from CODEBUSTERS GROUP and once it happened that he phoned to Isaev personally. This phone call became the beginning of prolonged friendship and collaboration. But to have such a patron as IWAMOTO, it was very and very profitably, indeed, CODEBUSTERS in 93rd, 94th and most part of 95th were considered the best in every respect among the people who worked on Spectrum. Just from them the large part of the new games came to Russia; their leader programmer - RST 7- was actually one of the most talented programmers in the former USSR, just an unique musician of Kolesnik Andrey worked with them, etc.
Generally, there was no another analog of similar union of talented people. The only ones, who could to outdo them, it was FLASH INC. from Novosibirsk, but until 95th this group was practically unknown in Russia (about them I, of course, will tell in detail, but in another chapter). Thus, Isaev had obtained all possibilities to become a monopolist. And he had become, but not immediately.
But my story went away... After joining "MEGASYSTEM", I had released one another work of "D.N.A. WARRIOR 128K". In fact it so happened, that FANTOMASSOFT had made the same simultaneously. Because of it just two versions of this game were walking all around the country. KSA & ANDY 2, under the aegis of "MEGASYSTEM", issued some more wonderful 128th versions: "NORTH&SOUTH 128K", "IMPOSSIBLE MISSION 128K", etc. It was released the first work of NOMY - "TEST DRIVE 2 128K". About the last one, by the way, frankly it is possible to tell special. More accurate even not about the work itself, but about how it appeared on the market. That time it had finally arrived to Moscow from CODEBUSTERS GROUP their mega-demonstration of "SATISFACTION". It had arrived, naturally, to Isaev. That man, as he did not feel himself as the superstar of hackers' world yet and did not begin "to press" the programs proceeded to him, had promised to me to copy it for me. But I, in my turn, copied for him the last work of my friends. Including "TEST DRIVE 2 128K" by NOMY GRAPHICS LIMITED. We drove in pointer [agreed to meet - N.G.] not far from the house of Isaev. Andrey arrived not the single, but with Pasha Nikitin - the great master of the past, whom I already mentioned. Therefore it came out that when Isaev returned to his house and started to look the programs, which I copied for him, Nikitin (by that time already had left Spectrum for Amiga) had actively joined in this affair. "TEST DRIVE" brought Pasha just to the condition of a trance. The fact is that INTRO, which was wrote to this game by NOMY, was characterized by the straight-away irrepressible originality: at the bottom of screen, being beautifully bent, ran a scroller of white color, and all inscriptions above of screen desperately blinked, creating a sensation, as if they were painted into the ultraviolet. To understand was it a brilliant and somehow cunningly personified idea or natural delirium, it was impossible. And Nikitin only could mutter: "This is what is making on Spectrum nowadays???" After that he became silent and forewent of any commentaries. And Isaev decided that this thing must be sent out into other cities, although himself adhered to position, that it was made foolishly and primitively (and he said NOMY about that at the personal encounter). That is this original story. Being been undoubtedly easy retreat from the basic theme. But I'll go further… Up to the summer of 94th "MEGASYSTEM GROUP" had grown up to the unthinkable limits. The very majority of Moscow hackers was connected with it in any event. I.e. the corporation met its bloom. Andrey Isaev became the main man in "MEGASYSTEM". More and more people were gathering around him: OSCAR&SPILBERG (lately he talks not once that they are obliged to only him of their get on in the world), MT Soft and some others. And in the beginning of summer it was released the common work of KSA and ANDREW ISAEV - "ITALY'90 128K", which was fortuned to become the one of the very last works in the "MEGASYSTEM GROUP" history. Yes, indeed - the group had practically entirely disorganized. The giant members' number let it down - they just couldn't work together, but it was possible to work separate without any group. Indeed, whether you participate in "MEGASYSTEM" or do not, it changes nothing - there were no limitations of distribution of your programs, and Isaev as main distributor, was sending them everywhere honestly. But there were several things marked "COPYRIGHT MEGASYSTEM GROUP" which finally saw the light: "ARCANOID 128K" by KSA SOFTWARE & NOMY GRAPHICS LTD, one or two (I don't remember well neither quantity nor names) 128th game versions from Andrey Isaev, "DOUBLE DEMO 1" & "DOUBLE DEMO 2" by KSA, NOMY & DIS SOFT (the last man is our common mate from school, he didn't make anything on Spectrum and didn't release anything either) and, as maximum, two or three works moreover. As far as it's concerned for me, at the beginning of summer I worked for 128 kilobyte version of the game "JAWS", into which I should "hang up" music and put a CHEAT MODE. It happened like that I did not finish my project finally. Perhaps I can't recall the reasons for that. I do remember only one - I cancelled this after I'd put into the game the music.
In summer KSA for the first time tried himself in the role of a composer on Spectrum. His very first musical compositions he used in both "DOUBLE DEMO", and then in INTRO to the game of "MYTH" translated into Russian by himself and NOMY. Before that KSA most frequently used music of the best 94 year's Moscow musician of MUSICSOFT' in his programs (who was, in other words, the 'everybody-who-need' composer (in the best sense of this word), as he supplied with his creations everybody who requested them (in contrast to another Moscow musical talent - XPEH from MAGIC SOFT, who wrote music sufficiently rarely, but in such way, that nobody could exceed, ya even nobody attempted)). FANTOMASSOFT worked as well, who was introduced in the summer to the more or less good artist on SPECCY Gromilov Alexander, and also to AAA SOFT (about him in detail, in addition, below). Thus, the end "OF MEGASYSTEM" was slowly, but correctly approaching. I had finally understood this in the middle of the summer. And I decided, that it is time to create the own association independently. I tossed up this thought to NOMY; he considered this as a timely one. But it's necessary to assume, that up to the last moment we did not plan to leave "MEGASYSTEM" and we planned to make a group created by us as one of the branches of corporation. We thought under the name for long, and, as a result, had stopped at "THE RIPPERS". But the group was held only for two months - we even did not have a time to invite into it someone else (except us with NOMY). Even the only work of THE RIPPERS was not formed. We made "DOUBLE DEMO 3", and it had known after, that, independently from us, FANTOMASSOFT in the collaboration with Gromilov, had released their own version of 3rd part of "DOUBLE DEMO". Briefly, we spat with NOMY to all of this and decided to do not attempt to create a group by ourselves, but to be poured into any one which already existed. Or to a one which was organizing at the moment. This case just happened to us. KSA SOFTWARE proposed to make a sequential important association based on the fragments of "MEGASYSTEM". We were not learned by the story of the giant corporation. We decided to make something similar once again. So, in September 1994 MEGAFORCE HACKERS GROUP had appeared. KSA, STEVER (your obedient servant), NOMY, FANTOMASSOFT had joined it from the very beginning and, in my opinion, that's all. At the same time I introduced even with some other people. First, to Eldar Agaev (after looking to some of his works, I decided to phone him personally), secondly to MUSICSOFT (again on the private venture) and, thirdly, to AAA SOFT. The chain runs further from AAA - to that person, whom he worked with - to SEY SOFT. Now I will describe about each of my new familiars in more detail…
Eldar Agaev - he traded at the radio-market in Tsaritsino, and on the leisure he was writing small demonstrations and periodically was releasing 128th game versions restored by him. All of that was making at the relatively normal level and it was felt, that Eldar is a promising comrade. I began to associate with him pretty actively and introduced him to Andrey Isaev (what was sorry about later). Eldar, however, in his turn, introduced me to his associates of the trade at the radio-market - FFC COMPUTERS. I did not support contact with them pretty much, since I always considered them just not necessary for me.
AAA was, in other words, unofficial (almost underground) force in the Moscow hackers' world. It was assembled the specific command around him, whom he worked with. His programs (they were exclusively demonstrations) never were distributed through the usual channels, which were usually used. Therefore he was practically unknown out of Moscow. He had no special liking in our city. I do not understand for what reason. AAA was a very cool comrade, with an enormous feeling of humor, which, of course, was reflected at his demonstrations. Of course, independently he wasn't able to make absolutely anything by himself, but he very competently pulled out from the others the entire pieces of their programs and he used them in much or less proportion for himself. The remarkable Spectrum artist of SEY SOFT worked for him (we were good friends with him for a pretty long). AAA SOFT had a connection with Voronezh, more exactly, with KDF SOFTWARE. These guys supplied him with their music. Generally, he worked and worked extremely fruitfully - it is almost unreal to mention all his demoz. But AAA had no respect with known hackers. He was always wrong in their circle. And even for now, in the memory of the old residents of Spectrum, he remained as talentless and measly person. Certainly, he had an influence and his own command, which worked together with him, but all of this was, as I already told, unpopular. My own relation to AAA was normal almost always - I was pleased the way he acts. In my opinion behind the mask of typical half-dumber (under which AAA pretended to be constantly) it was hidden a smart person who knew his business.
MUSICSOFT (or as he began to call himself later, KENT) was always glorious by a fact that he wrote music noticeably. It is true that he was also skilled in programming, but not very good and without a special fantasy, in this matter fantasy is nevertheless a little necessary. Therefore demoz from MUSICSOFT did never shine with the originality of ideas and with the uniqueness of their realizing. Although, this made no one confused, as it was music as most valuable thing in his programs, to listen to it - it's a pleasure. And, furthermore, he supplied hackers with his musical works. But in 94th it was tightly bad with a good musical decoration of programs. Even large quarrels appeared because no one wanted to share with existing in reserve 'musons' (an example of a similar quarrel - prolonged tiff between SOFTSTAR and L.P.V.). So that the constant popularity of MUSICSOFT was a completely objective phenomenon.
The acquaintance with people, about which I recently told, did not past for free for our MEGAFORCE GROUP. In October and November its staff had considerable enlarged because of joining our number of AAA SOFT, SEY SOFT, AIG and somebody other (although kill - I can't recall the entire staff of the group, as there were too many participants, but the only work, in which they all were specifically mentioned, moreover with the characteristics ("AY 2 MUSIC DEMO" by AAA SOFT), just did not remain). By the way, about my joining MEGAFORCE, AAA had expressed in a manner which was exclusively his own (it's an almost precise quotation from "AY 2"): "I'm standing at the radio-market, nobody touched by me, suddenly familiar guys approach me and say: "Didn't you get it, that you're already in MEGAFORCE HACKERS GROUP? Didn't get it, yup? Just know. The team was large, it included the very good and talented programmers (KSA and AIG), artists (SEY SOFT) and just the multimachine operatives (who were making everything, perhaps with exception of writing music, which began to be riveted by KSA with more and more success). But and this one was existing not for long. It were issued several programs (I do personally consider as the musical editor of "SOUNDTRACKER" in the version of KSA SOFTWARE with the additional possibilities as the most successful, and the gigantic musical demonstration of AAA SOFT and his apprentices "AY MUSIC DEMO PART 2") COPYRIGHT BY MEGAFORCE HACKERS GROUP. And in December KSA left us for the not less organization, which was created on the fragments of "MEGASYSTEM" by Andrey Isaev with the same way as we did - MORTAL KOMBAT HACKERS GROUP. All affairs for administration of MEGAFORCE Stas charged to me. And I, having a little thought, decided it is time to finish this story. There are many people in the group and not all plainly know each other. It is practically unreal to work with that way. My considerations I awakened in the consciousness of remaining MEGAFORCE members and had stated that I do personally depart. After me NOMY and FANTOMASSOFT followed instantaneous. Soon the group was decomposed.
Before to describe about what I made after withdrawal from MEGAFORCE, it is necessary to return for a little back, at the beginning the autumn 94th, and to let you know the story of that how Andrey Isaev was organizing MORTAL KOMBAT HACKERS GROUP, and also about how I did not become a participant in this union just in once.
KSA SOFTWARE and Isaev had different views of various Spectrum problems since a summer. Since an autumn it began their attacks to each other. Therefore the groups, which these two people were creating at that moment, were presented to them as the certain opposing forces of Moscow hackers' world. Andrey by all possible and impossible methods attempted to dissuade me from the withdrawal into the camp opposite to his one and drew me different iridescent prospects, which would expect the one, who will not yield to the pressure from the side of KSA and will join MORTAL KOMBAT. In the course of time I'd realized, that Isaev was right then, but only in the course of time. KSA knew better my psychology (as we studied for five years in one class). And he had persuaded me. But Isaev spat to all of us, after feeling that here was nothing for him, and had completed the work of the collection of loyal to him people into his united camp. It was appeared the sequential powerful group of hackers, with which, honestly speaking, we could not to compete. Almost everybody joined MKHG, who, after leaving "MEGASYSTEM", did not join us.
Well ok, in the end of 94th I was less disturbed about had I correctly acted or not, after spending four months for MEGAFORCE. It was more important not to be mistaken at this time. Ups and downs of the enormous corporations had learned me nevertheless. And I returned to the beginnings in summer - I proposed NOMY to make a challenge once again and to organize a new HACKERS GROUP. Moreover, with the similar structure of CODEBUSTERS, DREAM MAKERS, etc. I.e. to make that way, as each participant would make something single (to write music, to code or to draw graphics), and all together worked for the general good. NOMY again had agreed. Since that begins the following stage of my activity on Speccy - work in CENTRONICS HACKERS GROUP
The name of the group we (me and NOMY) were selecting for long. We thought of the first project (creation of a game "Pole Chudes [Field of Wonders/Wheel of Fortune - N.G.]") even longer. As a result, we did not complete it, although we already began to work. For the complete happiness we missed one more member in CHG… But it began the end of 1994 year. Everything what happened further - that had happened further, in 95th year.
